There are no shortcuts to grow your hair overnight, but there are ways to grow your hair naturally and healthy. Mostly hair grows no more than an half an inch in a month. Eating healthy and well balanced diet can help you to grow your hair fast, Most improtant is to prevent you hair from damage. Damaged and unhealthy hairs tend to break and wont help you to grow your hair.
