Glowing skin is always will be on the top of women’s list. Maintaining healthy and glowing skin in busy schedule has become difficult but yet achievable.Here are the Six skin care tips for healthy and glowing skin:

I would like to spill the beans and show you on how to keep your skin clear. Radiant and glowing skin is the secret to a better self and a new you!

1. Never wash your face with your hands

So the first tip is, never wash your face with your hands. Throughout the day you are involved in lot of things and hands tend to get super dirty and then you tend to have breakouts. So I suggest, use an exfoliation brush which cleans up your pores well. This gets into deep cleaning and clears your face and neck. If you want an alternative you may clean your hands well using a sanitizer before washing your face, especially under your nails, as it gets dirty easily. Avoid touching your face all the time.

 2. Take more water to maintain healthy and glowing skin

The more hydrated you are, the more hydrated your skin will be. Our body is made mostly of water and it is important to keep it hydrated. Having not just water, but having good quality water is most important. Recently there have been a buzz about using pH testers to test water, this helps in testing alkaline levels in water. So the next time you have water, have good quality water and have loads of it.

 3. Eat healthy and look great

When you look at a person you can tell the food they eat based on their skin. Have a lot of whole based foods, avoid sugars, and avoid dairy products. You can definitely tell the difference when you start following food routine without sugars and dairy products that your skin is better and you have lesser breakouts. Leafy vegetables, berries such as raspberries have a lot of antioxidants that is good for your skin, have good fatty essentials which is present in foods like avocados and coconut oil. Eating healthy foods and setting up a good routine and give you glowing skin.

 4. Stay away from Pop and prick business

When you pop you will have scarring, leading to more acne. Playing and picking up your skin releases the pus and bacteria that spreads around and causes more acne and more issues. When you have skin issues be patient and wait it out. It will probably be gone!

5. Know your products

Ensure you know how to read the label of beauty products that you use. You want to make sure that you are not using lot of chemicals in your products. Reading labels and understanding the ingredients can help your skin. Going through reviews and studying the benefits of the products will help you set a suitable regime. I would use good organic products that suits to my skin needs and have absolute no side effects.

 6. That beauty sleep!

There is definitely something as a beauty sleep! When you rest well, your skin cells get that radiant glow and prepares itself for the next day. Make sure you get that good eight hour sleep. Rejuvenate your body and mind as it shows on your skin. Changing your sheets is also important as you sleep everyday on it, it is important that you rest on a clean surface as the germs can get on your skin surface leading to issues. So, sleep through your tiredness and gear up!
